AFRX01: 6-Day Mpumalanga & Kruger Park Standard Tour
Starting and ending Johannesburg includes visiting the scenic Mpumalanga Province and the Kruger National Park.
AFRX02: 8-Day Mpumalanga, Kruger Park, Swaziland and KwaZulu-Natal Standard Tour
Starting and ending in Johannesburg this itinerary includes touring the scenic Panorama Route in Mpumalanga Province, "Big Five" game viewing in the Kruger National Park, travelling through Swaziland and visiting a Game Park & beach resort in KwaZulu-Natal.
AFRX03: 9-Day "Self-Drive" Garden Route & Cape Town Standard Tour
Starting Port Elizabeth and ending Cape Town this itinerary is structured as a "self drive" tour and includes a visit to the Addo Elephant Park, touring along the Garden Route to George and from there along Route R62 to the Winelands and Cape Town. We can also include domestic flights. The itinerary can also be done the other way round.
AFRX04: 15-Day Southern Africa Standard Tour
Starting Johannesburg and ending Cape Town this itinerary includes touring the scenic Panorama Route in Mpumalanga Province, "Big Five" game viewing in the Kruger National Park, travelling through Swaziland and visiting a Game Park & beach resort in KwaZulu-Natal, flying to Port Elizabeth, touring along the Garden Route to George and from there along Route R62 to the Winelands and Cape Town. The itinerary can also be done the other way round.
"Self-Drive" and "Guided" Tours
All our tours can be structured as "self-drive" or "guided" itineraries.
Self-drive tours
The routes and driving conditions for our tours are ideal for a "self-drive" tour and we will provide you with all the necessary information. All bookings (accommodation, vehicle, domestic flight/s, etc) and tour planning are taken care of by us. These "self-drive" itineraries are becoming increasingly popular with our inbound groups and have showed to meet most of our clients’ needs. It is also the most cost effective way to structure tours for small groups as it does not have to provide for the cost of a driver/guide (allowance, accommodation and meals). We can forward you contact detail of people who did similar tours with us.
Guided tours
With our "guided tours" you will be accompanied by a SATOUR graded guide with a luxury air-conditioned tour vehicle suitable for the size of your group. As can be expected guided tour prices will in general be higher than for a "self-drive" as it has to provide for the cost of a driver/guide (allowance, accommodation and meals).
"Add-ons" for tours
Considering our rich cultural history, wonderful weather, sport facilities and having the "world in one country" in terms of our scenic variety we offer various itinerary tour "add-ons" such as Cultural tourism, "Battlefield tours" where guests can visit the battlefields to relive the Anglo/Boer and Anglo/Zulu wars, Photographic tours, Golf tours, Adventure tours, etc.
Destination Grading
We define the grading and exclusivity of destinations used in our itineraries as "Silver", "Gold" or "Platinum". When choosing an itinerary you can therefore also define the destination grading you prefer. Exclusivity and package prices depend on the destination standard chosen. Tour prices depend on the chosen itinerary, duration of the tour, destination grading, size of the group, etc and will be quoted on request.
